At Bargain Balloons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home events and celebrations. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused, unopened balloons and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
